STARTING TIMES

10 & under Warm-ups 8:30 AM, meet starts 9:15 AM

11 & up  Warm-ups 12:30, meet starts 1:15

(If the afternoon warm-up time needs to be adjusted due to amount of entries, coaches will be notified by Wed., February 22^nd)

ENTRY FEES

Individual Age Group Events $2.50; Relays $7.00 per Relay, team.

Senior events are $1.00 per individual event and $3.00 per Relay, with no awards given. 

Make checks payable to Mansfield Y Waves.  Entry fees are nonrefundable and must accompany entries.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS

Swimmers may enter 4 individual age group events and two age group Relays. 

Senior  events are limited to swimmers 12 & over.

You may enter an unlimited amount of Senior  events but no awards will be given.

DECK ENTRIES

Deck entries will be accepted on a space available basis entered at NT.

Deck entries will close 30 minutes before the beginning of each session.

Fees will be $5.00 per individual event and $12.00 per Relay, event.

ELIGIBILITY

Swimmers must be a current member of the YMCA team they represent.  Age is of December 1, 2005. 

RULES

The Northeast Ohio YMCA rules will be followed for this meet. Swimmers must compete in their own age group for both individual and Relay events.

BULLPEN

All swimmers are to report to the bullpen when their event is called.  It is the responsibility of the swimmers and coaches to report to the bullpen on time.

AWARDS

Medals for 1st-3^rd place individual and Relay, events

Ribbons for 4^th-10th place individual and Relay, events

Team award for highest scoring team.  NO awards for Senior  events 

CONCESSIONS

A concession stand will be open during the meet.
