SPACE

Large gym and racquetball courts available for swimmers and their families to use between events.

POOL AND GYM RULES

Food is allowed in the concession area ONLY.

NO food or drinks are allowed in the gym or in the pool area.

STARTING

TIMES

AM SESSION:

6 & under (boys and girls)

(freestyle and backstroke ONLY)

8 & under (boys and girls)

10 & under (boys and girls)

Warm-ups begin at 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

Meet will start at 9:00 AM

Clerk of course for all swimmers during AM Session.

PM SESSION:

13 & 14 (boys and girls)

11 & 12 (boys and girls)

Warm-ups will begin immediately after

AM Session, but no earlier than 1:00 PM

NO Clerk of course during PM Session.

ELIGIBILITY

Each swimmer must be a full member of the

YMCA that they represent in accordance with the

NEO Swim League and National Rules.

Ages are determined by the swimmer's age

as of December 1, 2006

ENTRY FEES

PRE-SUBMITTED ENTRIES:

Individual Events: $3.00 per event

Relay Events:  $10.00 per Relay Team

DECK ENTRIES:

Individual Events: $5.00 per event

Relay Events:  $12.00 per Relay Team

Each swimmer may compete in up to four (4) individual events and two (2) relay events.

COACHES INFORMATION

Coaches Packets will be available upon

arrival in the Coach Hospitality Room. 

There will be a Coaches meeting prior to the AM Session

 for Head Coaches and their Assistants ONLY.

CONDUCT

Coaches are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their swimmers.  Please check your swimmer area in the gym prior to leaving the meet.  All swimmers are required to wear shoes outside of the pool area.  All swimmers are required to take a towel with them to warm-ups and to their events, to keep the gym floor from getting wet and slippery.

DEADLINE

Team Manger entry files must be received by

January 10^th, 2007.

All other entries must be received by

January 6^th, 2007
