FACILITY

25 yard, 8 lane pool.  Colorado Timing System with scoreboard. 25 yard events will be electronically timed.  Spectator seating for 300+ people.  Locker rooms and a concession stand are available.

 Warm-ups:     Girls  9:00am     Boys  9:30am

 MEET BEGINS:  10:00am

ENTRY DEADLINE

All entries must be received by Wednesday,    December 27, 2006. No telephone entries will be accepted.  Mail entries to:

Entries will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.

Entries must be submitted in CL2 Team Manager Format and sent in disc form.  Any team who does not submit their entries in this form should add a $2.00 per swimmer

processing fee.

AGE GROUPS

12 years old, 11 years old, 10 years old, 9 years old, 8 years old, 7 years old and 6 & under. Swimmers may not age up.  Age as of December 1, 2006.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS

 Swimmers may enter up to 4 events. 

All swimmers must be members of a YMCA.  This is a "B" Meet.  Entry times must be slower than the cut-off times listed. (See the event list for cut-off times.)  Age groups are to be taken literally.  Swimmers may not age up due to an "A" time. 

ENTRY FEES

$3.00 per event.

Swimmers may enter up to 4 events total. Make checks payable to "Wooster Swim Club Booster".  One check per team is preferred.

DECK ENTRIES

Deck entries will be accepted on a space available basis the morning of the meet until 9:30 a.m.  Deck entrants not previously registered must show proof of YMCA membership.  Deck entry fees are $6.00 per event.

SCHEDULE

One session.  Warm-ups:  Girls - 9:00 a.m., Boys - 9:30 a.m.  Meet begins at 10:00 a.m.

AWARDS

Medals 1st to 3rd place.  Ribbons 4th to 12th place.  Those achieving "A" times will not place or score but will receive "A" ribbons.  Trophies will be awarded to the high-point and 1^st runner-up in each age group by sex.  Team trophies to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place visiting teams.

ADMISSIONS

$3.00 per adult.  Children are free.  Heat sheets are $2.00 each.

T-SHIRTS

T-shirts for Sea Sprite must be ordered by pre-sale.  Shirts are $15.00 each.  (They are blue long-sleeve cotton t-shirts with orange & white fish.)  Coaches should turn in shirt orders along with entry forms and fees.

CONDUCT

Coaches will be responsible for the conduct of his/her swimmers.  Swimmers are to enter the natatorium through the locker rooms.  Only swimmers and meet personnel will be permitted on the deck.  Please be responsible for clean-up of your area.
