At The Ridgewood YMCA
Facility: 6 Lane Pool, we will use the inside (4) lanes for faster swims.
Timing: We will be using hand times with 3 watches in each lane with the
middle time being used.
Costs: Individual events will be $2.00 per swim & relays $5.00 per swim
Times: Sign-in and registration opens at 1:45PM, warm-ups begin at
2:00PM, meet begins at 2:30PM
