LOCATION	Hilton Aquatic Center, Merton Williams Middle School, 200 School Lane Hilton, New York 14468. Click here for map
POOL	The Hilton Aquatic Center is an 8 lane, 25 yard pool with a separate attached diving well for warm-up/cool-down. The facility has seating for 300+ spectators and a large pool deck. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms available. The Aquatic Center has a Colorado 5 timing system with display board for all 8 lanes.
START TIME	Saturday, January 3^rd: Warm-up: 1:15pm Meet Starts: 2:05pm Sunday, January 4^th: Warm-up 9:15am Meet Starts: 10:05am
ELIGIBILITY	Swimmers may swim 5 individual and 2 relay events per day
ENTRY FEES	$3.00 for an individual event,  $12.00 for a relay,  $2.00 facility fee (one time fee per swimmer)
DEADLINE	All entries must be received no later than 8:00 PM, December 15th, 2008
AWARDS	First through sixteenth place for both individual and relay events will receive an award.The swimmer with the greatest number of points in each age group will receive an award.
