SPECTATOR SPACE

There will be bleachers set in the pool area, however, seating is limited. 

Please plan to sit in the gym or racquetball courts with your

swimmer(s) when they are not in an event.

SWIMMER

SPACE

Large Gym available for swimmers and their families to use between events.  The Gym, Concession Area and Racquetball Courts are cold, please dress warmly.

POOL AND GYM RULES

Food is allowed in the concession area ONLY.

NO food or drinks are allowed in the gym or in the pool area.

SHOES must be worn at ALL TIMES.  Please remember to take towels to the pool area before your event in order to prevent slippery floors.

AM SESSION:

6 & under (boys and girls)

(Freestyle and Backstroke ONLY)

8 & under (boys and girls)

10 & under (boys and girls)

Warm-ups begin at 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM

Meet will start at 8:00 AM

There will be a Clerk of Course for 10 & under swimmers during the AM Session located in the Classroom across from the locker rooms.

PM SESSION:

13 & 14 (boys and girls)

11 & 12 (boys and girls)

Warm-ups will begin immediately after

AM Session, but no earlier than 2:00 PM

There will be NO Clerk of course during PM Session.  Swimmers will receive their cards from the Event Coordinator in the gym.

ELIGIBILITY

Each swimmer must be a full member of the YMCA that they represent in accordance with the NEO Swim League and National Rules.

Ages are determined by the swimmer's age as of December 1, 2008

COACHES INFO

Coaches Packets will be available upon arrival in Concessions Area.

There will be a Coaches meeting prior to the AM Session for

Head Coaches and their Assistants ONLY in the Concessions Area.

ENTRY FEES

PRE-SUBMITTED ENTRIES:

Individual Events: $3.00 per event

Relay Events:  $12.00 per Relay Team

DECK ENTRIES:

(Accepted only if there is room in current heat. 

NO new heats will be created with deck entries)

Individual Events: $5.00 per event

Relay Events:  $15.00 per Relay Team

Each swimmer may compete in up to

four (4) individual events and two (2) relay events.

CONDUCT

Coaches are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their swimmers.  Please check your swimmer area in the gym prior to leaving the meet.  All swimmers are required to wear shoes outside of the pool area and to take a towel with them to warm-ups and to their events,

in order to keep the gym floor from getting wet and slippery.

NO FOOD OR DRINK, EXCEPT FOR BOTTLE WATER WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GYM AND RACQUETBALL COURTS.  ALL FOOD AND DRINK MUST BE CONSUMED IN THE CONCESSION AREA.

DEADLINE

Team Manger entry files must be received by

CONCESSION

A full concession stand will be available during both AM and PM sessions.  It will be located in the Multi-purpose room across from the gym.

All food MUST be consumed in the Concession Area. 

Specialty items like caps, goggles, suits, swimmer buttons, car bumper stickers and t-shirts will be available for purchase as well.

ADMISSION

$3.00 for Admission for all spectators

$5.00 for Heat Sheets either AM or PM
