SPECTATOR SPACE
| There will be bleachers set in the pool area, however, seating is limited. Please plan to sit in the gym or racquetball courts with your swimmer(s) when they are not in an event. |
SWIMMER SPACE | Large Gym available for swimmers and their families to use between events. The Gym, Concession Area and Racquetball Courts are cold, please dress warmly. |
POOL AND GYM RULES
| Food is allowed in the concession area ONLY. NO food or drinks are allowed in the gym or in the pool area. SHOES must be worn at ALL TIMES. Please remember to take towels to the pool area before your event in order to prevent slippery floors. |
STARTING TIMES | There will be a Clerk of Course for ALL swimmers during the both sessions located in the Classroom across from the locker rooms. AM SESSION: 6 & under (boys and girls) (Freestyle and Backstroke ONLY) 8 & under (boys and girls) 10 & under (boys and girls) Warm-ups begin at 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM Meet will start at 8:00 AM PM SESSION: 13 & 14 (boys and girls) (We will accept 15 & older swimmers) 11 & 12 (boys and girls) Warm-ups will begin immediately after AM Session, but no earlier than 2:00 PM |
ELIGIBILITY | Each swimmer must be a full member of the YMCA that they represent in accordance with the NEO Swim League and National Rules. Ages are determined by the swimmer's age as of December 1, 2008 |
COACHES INFO
| Coaches Packets will be available upon arrival in Concessions Area. There will be a Coaches meeting prior to the AM Session for Head Coaches and their Assistants ONLY in the Concessions Area. |
