COURSE

6 Lane 25 yard pool, Colorado Wireless Timing system and scoreboard

START TIME

Warm-ups 9:00am   Meet start 10:00am

ELIGIBILITY

All swimmers are eligible to enter for up to 6 event’s

Swimmers shall be allowed to swim-up in age group for relays only.

The Boy / Girl Relay event shall be composed of at least 1 member of the opposite sex.

ENTRY FEES

Individual event’s $3.00 and relay’s $12.00

Coach / Parent Relay – FREE!!!!

Entry fees must accompany the entry form and media, please make checks payable to; Lake County East End YMCA

 

T-Shirt advance orders should include order form and payment

 

Entry fees are Non-Refundable

 

DEADLINE

All “Hy-Tek” entry information send via, email , disk or paper must be received by Friday October 16th 2009

RULES

USA Swimming technical rules as stated in the NEO YMCA League rulebook, Pumpkin relay will have each swimmer push a pumpkin in the pool to their teammate waiting at opposite end of the pool.

AWARDS

Individual Event Trophies 1st – 3rd and Ribbons 4th – 12th

Relay Event’s Medals 1st – 3rd

Heat Awards - ALL

Awards will be given to the team’s coach or representative at the end of the meet.

ADMISSIONS

$2.00 for each non-swimmer

 Heat sheets $3.00

CONCESSIONS

 A full Concession stand will be available.

A hospitality room for Coaches with food and beverages will be provided.

POOL RULES

No glass containers allowed in pool area

 All swimmers are required to wear appropriate foot wear inside and outside of the pool area

CONDUCT

Coaches are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their swimmers. Please check your swimmer’s area in the gym before leaving..
