Warm-ups at 9:30 a.m.; Meet starts at 10:00 a.m.

$2 per Event; 3 events for $5; Relays $6; Pacers swim free

Hand times will be used only.

We will run through the events in dual meet event order and then repeat until all swimmers are finished. Distance events will be available at the end.

Coaches are responsible for the conduct and supervision of your swimmers Please check your swimmers area in the gym before leaving. All swimmers are required to wear shoes outside of the pool area
